I have moved into an apartment and need someone to move in to assist us with paying teh rent. We will only be staying in the property until the end of may when the lease runs out, so this would only be a 6-7 month term. We want to move to an actual house after this one. The apartment is right in the heart of St Kilda, close to about 6 different trams that take 15 mins to get into the city.

I am in my early 20s but we well manered, don't party much, but weren't not straight edge christians or anything. We love what we have and like to treat it well. This is our first official lease, so it's important to us to make this work as a foundation of rental history. So we are looking for someone that will treat the house with respect aswell. We enjoy our computers and computer gaming, we also love heading down to the beach, I ride bikes as well. I love my heavy metal and she loves acoustic folk, we love cooking and eating and heading out on the weekend for camping or laning or taking on our creative side with a bit of photography.

The cost of this apartment is insane. We pay $400 a week.................... So rent for the room will be $150 a week excluding bills. . There is no internet at the prop since we have a wireless setup...Umm. No dishwasher either. There is gas stove, instant hot water system lights... etc. We will be requiring 4 weeks rent in advance but no bond... That's about it. YEah well We have been there for half a year now, we just need someone to move in cause it's too pricey. We only plan on staying there until the end of the lease term, then hightail it.
